Newlyn is probably best known as a quaint Cornish fishing village, with traditional cottages lining its shore. However, nestled in amongst these traditional cottages are a few modern homes – just like this one.

This new build is hidden away just off the sea front, and boasts a whole host of modern luxury features – including a large modern kitchen, a hot tub, a TV equipped king-size bed, and a large outside patio for entertaining family and friends.

This property was photographed over two separate sessions in order to capture the interior during daylight hours, and the exterior during the evening.
