Red Dog Glass Design create unique glass panels and splash-backs for the home. They recently got in touch to ask me to photograph one of their latest installations at a property in Maenporth, Cornwall.

The kitchen featured three large glass panels, each one designed by Sally Coulden – the companies lead artist. The centrepiece was a large blue glass panel which stretched across the entire length of the kitchen island – creating an eye-catching focal point to the kitchen itself.

It can be challenging to photograph a kitchen like this – with its highly reflective surfaces and plenty of natural light. However, using a range of interior and property photography techniques, reflections were kept to a minimum and optimum exposures achieved, resulting in a beautiful collection of photographs which showcase the glass panels at their best.
